Need help preparing for the Hesi A2 Entrance Exam

I bought the study guide but I have heard it is not much help when preparing for this test. I will be taking it in Nov at MCC. I was wondering if anyone bought "Hesi Test Secrets" from Morrison Media. It is $40, but it is worth it?

Any study advice would be appreciated!

I am preparing for my upcoming HESI A2. I purchased the Evolve which is supposed to be great in all areas except A & P. I also purchased (out of pure panic) the Barron's Guide and the Kaplan Book. Have to say the Barron's is by far.... the best! There is a little bit of A & P info in Kaplan but the Barron's is the best all around refresher short of redoing the course. Simply start at the first system and move forward. Hoping we all do well!

HI! :) I am currently trying to apply for nursing school and I need to take the HESI exam. I took it once and I did horrible on the vocab section and A&P. My math, reading, grammar, and critical thinking were all great scores. Can someone please help me by directing me to what or how to study for these two subjects. Should I purchase the study guide? HEEEEEEELPPPPP!!!!!!! i have one huuuge weakness!! i can not seem to pass the vocabulary and general knowledge portion of the test and i dont quite know how to study for that?? i was thinking about maybe studying the prefix's suffix's and roots but there are a lot of them would this help me?? :confused: any feeback on the vocab/general knowledge would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!
