thanks aret21 for the tip, I made the facebook group a 'closed group' so faculty cannot read our posts. Hopefully they won't request to be on the group. I do not know everyone's names yet so I am adding everyone who requests to join. I guess I will have to be careful about adding members :) Can any of the 2011 student tell mw what should I keep in mind before buying books? I mean if I buy used books, is there something I should make sure of? like cds or such? please pm me for this or if anyone wants to sell their books. Thanks

It might be but it's worth trying. May be you can score really well on the entrance exam and higher your chances

I would say check the school website you are planning to apply for as well since all schools have different pre-reqs.

I have been thinking about the same thing about the shortage but I think health care field will never slow down.

I did but I had algebra in high school. That was enough for me.

Math is all about practice. If you have a texbook, you should be fine as long as you understand the concept

It is not difficult just a lot of memorization. try quizlet.com for flash cards. helps a lot!
