Hello, Can someone please help with my health history? My professor has been giving me my health history back to redo because she says I have the history of present illness all wrong. My topic is migraine and I included things about eyes, ears, and neuro in the hpi and she said it was wrong and that eyes and ears are not related to headache. I thought some of the symptoms of migraine were eye and ear related?.. I have to hand this in by tomorrow it's my last shot to get it right, someone told me the main review of systems related to migraine is neuro and musculoskeletal.. is this right? and am I missing anything?

So I took my HESIA2 exam today i was scared and thought I failed math it asked me to fill out my email and I did. When i got home I was all depressed thinking I failed then i checked online and saw these scores. Does this mean I passed or not? or Is it not enough info. In my school the English and grammar were the only important parts of the test. Most people didn't even get to the Sciences.
