Hi everyone, I just got back from the exam. I feel like CRAP and am certain I have failed.

Despite my studying and practice questions, I left there feeling as though I guessed on at least half of the questions!

I had 77 questions and it took 2 1/2 hours.

5 SATA, 6 meds, 2 calculations, many infection control, many psych, only a couple peds. Maybe 1 or 2 OB. A good amount of MED SURG.

Does anyone know the significance of getting the last question wrong?

I have been searching the forum to see if anyone has passed with 77 questions...and I have not found any.

Im just in a really crappy mood right now. Im so angry. I feel like this test was nothing like what I studied for!!!

Oh well, all I can do now is wait it out.

Maria, I was SURE I failed, and I didn't. I don't know the exact number I got, but it shut off in the 80s I was so wrapped up in the test, I didn't even remember to look. Don't worry - wait until you find out. I felt very discouraged, too- I really did feel like I missed so many things. You don't know until you know. When you do, let us know!

My understanding is it's usually a good thing to have a low number of questions. Hang in there! (And remember you're expected to answer fifty percent of the "Difficult" questions - if you got hard questions, that's a good sign!

Hi PedNurse i took my exam a day ahead yours. it didnt shut down at 77 but at 75. but i wanted to wish you luck and let you know that along with my prayers for a passing result for myself, ill include one for you as well.

ive been surfing allnurses for half the day, looking for somebody who took it the same day as me. you're the closest one to it that ive hunted

i pray we'll make it, and the future others too. then we could bump again here in the nclex forum and share our nclex experiences and advices to help others out.

in the meantime, let's put this in God's hands. He will take care of us...

oh chocolate123... i dont know you but i feel that you have such a good heart. a lot of the members of the allnurses community are.

im a nov 20 nclexRN test taker, and seems to be the only one. thankyou for your prayers. it's almost 2am where i'm at, and i cant seem to find sleep... my 48th hour of waiting would be at 10am later this morning. right now my entire everything system's a mess and i cant help it. but i got my faith. ive offered the results to God. He'll take care of me.
