Translation: "You can't get the 16 hrs of work done and attend the family conference in 12 hrs like everyone else?"

In real life, the two works would be: can't and should.

"Extreme Pain" as a triage complaint. It's like they're trying to sound dramatic.

My least favorite: " I'm a hard stick" when you tell someone you need to draw their blood.

favorite: Saturday and Sunday. Nuff said
