I've been searching through the message boards and I just can't find much information on people who go/have gone to the nursing program at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. I was wondering...what was your entering GPA? What was your NET score? How did you like it? What hospitals did the school use for classes? Do you feel like you got a good education there?

Hey dallaschick; my homegirl stays in the grove idk how much they run but I'm pretty sure I'm the cheapest apts in wichita and one of the nicest. You just need to call now and ask do they have a 40% unit. You will either speak to sandy or jessica. These are woodview now but washington village the sister apts have the same low income bracket. Just call and ask for a 40% unit they know what you're talking about... but other than that if you can't get into either of those depending on your budget I'd recommend tealwood those are another low income and they are fairly easier to get into; wellington on the lake; stone ranch..those are nice and so are the on campus apts so it just really depends on what you're looking for. I have an infant so that's why I don't live on campus but if I didn't I'd live in those...

Do you guys know if there is a way i can just register for classes online without having to go to the orientation since im a new student? since i dont feel like driving back and forth?

I wish there was!!!!! But not that I know of....I think thats the only way the new students can register. We have a hold that says orientation required...but at least we can look at how many spots are left in each course, but I cant find an option to register.

Hi everyone, I don't have microsoft outlook,therefore unable to email the professors, I was wondering if we are suppossed to go to class on Weds, Jan 20th, for Pathophysiologic Processes between 4 p.m to 650 p.m, and what building and room number if so? Same question for Statistics for Health Sciences, don't know what day or time...also I'm guessing we don't have class tomorrow since it is Martin Luther King day, is that correct, thanks in advance..

and I know that those two courses are distance/online courses, but it stated that we meet for the first day of classes..but doesn't specify what day...

I haven't made up my mind yet, but thinking about maybe having a roommate when I move to Wichita Falls,Tx in March or April 2010, if anyone is interested let me know...I would prefer someone around my age 30, non-smoker, no pets, and someone who doesn't party a whole lot...I also haven't made up my mind about which apartments I'd like to live at yet
