Meaning of your username?

Hey ya'll!

I am new to allnurses and just was curious what everyones usernames mean. I know there are previous thread for this but I figured there have been some username changes and new members since then.

As you can see my username is Flightless and its just short for flightless bird AKA penguin which are my favorite animal lol I had a hard time trying to pick a username that was unique but didn't give me away! Haha!

So lets hear it!

Mine is pretty ridiculous. When I was a lot younger (like high school) I used twss on a random anonymous blog site about punk rock bands haha.

When I first joined here, I used a username that I use for EvErYtHiNg and eventually changed it because I felt it might be too obvious if someone came across me. And twss came to mind because I've literally used it no where else but that one site. And 23 is my favorite number. Because I came up with twss at a young and immature time in my life, it stands for something immature... "That's what she said.." But it works haha.

I am originally from New Jersey. I lived there up until about 2 years ago when I moved to Maryland. My name is an homage to the tasty items both states are known for!

If I had to come up with another username for some reason, it would be CanIPetYourDog. That's a question I ask very frequently because I love dogs! Another one might be Mother of Chickens because I love Game of Thrones and I love chickens and am trying to convince my fiance that I need a backyard flock of them.

I am Scottish (Celtic) and I am also a Goddess. :) Cheeky Goddess just didn't sound as good as CelticGoddess so, I stuck with it.

BTW: I love Penguins, especially if they are from Pittsburgh.

One of my favorite Irish names is Neamh (which no one ever spells right lol), but I also love Maeve. That was my user name on another site years ago when I was in college and people on the site started calling me Maevish as a term of endearment and it stuck, I guess. haha

Is Neamh pronounced the same as Niamh? I have never seen it spelled Neamh. And I use the name Niamh a lot when I play sims. That and Eilidh.
