MDC Spring 2012 :)

Hi guys!

I was hoping to get to know some of the people that will be applying to the Spring 12 nursing program.

I've been following the MDC Fall 2011 =) thread and I'm super excited for them, but now I'm even more excited since this time it's finally me who is applying to the nursing program.

So...who else is applying???? :redbeathe

there is no straight forward cluster of info on that website, thats for sure. you just have to come and talk to them and attend the orientation. and, according to what they say, you can't be earning any money. but i'd still check into it.

the little havana address is

701 sw 27th ave, miami fl 33135, their phone is 305-6433300

their orientation is at 10 am, but you have to be registered before that, so it is safe to show up at 9 am.

Thanks for the info and advice!!! Do you have to register for that orientation in Little Havana?? Would I be able to attend with you?? If so, can you give me any details? I could use all the financial aid possible!!! :):) Thanks again!!! Btw, I'd be happy to exchange phone numbers and e-mail if you'd like!!!

You don't need to register, you just walk in. 11th floor (i think the operator mentioned that). So come take a peak! I'll be there.

Went to the south florida workforce orientation this morning. people, if you are not earning any money, go get yourself a scholarship from them. No brainer!

Did you find out if they cover only the Generic or do they also cover the cost of the Accelerated program?

Anyone doing the CPR class this Saturday at Kendall Campus? Also does anyone know what the cut off score was for this pool of applicants?

anybody know what books are the ones used for the transitional? Also i have had my level 2 from this place since 4/20/2011...is that one ok?

Hey Neyla I'm applying for the scholarship hopefully we get it, heard only 25 students get accepted. I also heard the panel interview is the most important.

Hi Alex, did u turn in your paperwork already? I am just now writting my essay and paln to turn it in on Friday because I am awaiting a refrence from a proffesor. Btw I might take the CPR course this Sat. @ Kendall as well. I am going to check if it is still available.
