Knoxville area, new grad LTC $15 3-11
What area in Mo are you in? I just took my TEAS test and got a 78 and all I have to do is go for an interview and hopefully get selected for starting LPN program in January. I was curious if you are more in the KC/STL area or Jeff City/Columbia. I live at the 10 minutes north of the lake and was hoping to get an idea on the pay scale. Thank you! :)
Desert Hot Springs Ca Non Profit facility, $17.51 with 2 wks paid vacation, sick and holiday pay. 2 nurses, 1 aide, 6 residents (easy, easy, easy)
Yucca Valley Ca Alz/Dem $19.00 per diem shift diff of $1.00 for p.m. $2.00 for Noc. Extremely busy, as a LVN charge nurse you have 21 to 28 residents all to your self!
Love Alzheimer's :redbeathe, it's like working in a building full of toddlers and a hug goes a long way with these guys. (Alzheimer's, one of the most horrid diseases, the one you love is standing in front of you, but they are so far away you can't reach them )
Pay is better in Palm Spring, Indio, Palm Desert etc..
home health3rd shift
$23/hr
Ohio
can I ask what part of Ohio that is? There are a couple home health positions in the paper in my area, but they are part-time and only pay about $16/hour. I have'nt been applying anywhere lately as I recently got a raise for staying at the local assisted living place for a year, but there are basically no benefits besides free food. I'm starting to get worn down a little as you can never have more than 3 days off in a row-unless you can trade with somebody and they don't offer any vacation or sick time.
