North Central West Virginia (Clarksburg) LPN with 7 months exp. Long Term Care Facility & Rehab Center $16.75 per hour w/ shift dif. 11p-7:30a full time every other weekend off, paid holidays, benefits available but not worth the cost

Need to know if Excelsior is acceptable for the WV board of nursing? (LPN to assoc. RN). In a panic- please help!!!!

I graduated from the Fred Eberle practical nursing program in Buckhannon last week. I live in the Good Hope/ Jane Lew area. I to commuted a lot this year. I begin RN school online through The College Network & Excelsior University next week.

I am in the 2009 class at Fred Eberle in Buckhannon, WV now. We have one alternate in our class. Most people accepted take their spot in the class. They have waited for their chance too. I know 3 people who have went to UTC but dont know anything about their alternate process or how deep they go. Sorry I couldnt be more help.

i BEGAN ON JAN.5TH IN WEST VIRGINIA, ANYONE ELSE IN THE STATE BLOGGING?

I live in WV and my first day of lpn school is Monday, Jan. 5th and I am beginning to get pretty nervous. I will also be turning 35 yrs old the same day!!!! I have 2 children ages 7 and 10. Life will be very hectic for us over the next 11 months. Class is Mon-Fri from 8 to 3:30, we do get 3 weeks of break. Graduation is already scheduled for Dec. 18, 2009. I hope all goes well. My tuition all together is a little less than $5000.
