Hello, everyone applying to Lehman's BSN/ABSN programs for Fall 2018!

I am currently working on my application and will very soon take HESI. I know application period does not start until January 1, but I thought I would create a thread so we could get in touch and support each other on the way to (keeping fingers crossed!) being accepted!

do we need the access code for the fundamentals book?

I am debating between the Littmann Classic II or Littmann Classic III. Did you guys already get your stethoscope?

The used books I got don't have the access code. I asked a current student about that and he said we don't need the code.

I bought a Littman classic 3, its amazing and the MDF one. Both have great acoustic sound. Almost the same if you ask me MDF is more affordable if you don't get a patterned print. I got a marble/rose gold one from MDF for around 120 and my Littman was 83. The non pattered MDF stethoscopes are like in the 60s

If you have the funds, get the classic III. I haven't ordered my stethoscope yet because I haven't decided on what color to get.

I did. In the orientation packet they already suggest the one you should buy, I think it is II.

Did anyone pick up their pin yet? It's been two weeks since I ordered mine, but so far I have not gotten a call from them ;-(

Yea, I placed the order two weeks before orientation and picked it up during orientation.

Yes! I picked mine up on the 17th. It took almost 3 weeks for me to get mine. I received an email on the 16th during orientation. My two friends received a call.
