Is anyone at all concerned that the leader of the free world...against all recommendations...is taking hydroxychloroquine as a preventative measure...despite having high cholesterol?

Or that a doctor felt OK prescribing such to the leader of the free world despite said concerns? I mean HOLY COW!?!?!? How many will be banging down doors now to follow suit???

Are there NO repercussions for this kind of insanity??? Sorry...but WOW!!. Am good and would get the hell out of this field if I could for sooo many reasons right now...but opening a restaurant right now is out and that's what I'd wanna do...rofl.

What I'm concerned is that the world is facing an economic disaster due to the dismantling of the global economy, due to the state by state shut downs of local ones.

Americans are in for a very rude awakening.

The president's choices of medical therapies is of no importance to me.

He just needs to keep that information to himself. He has no business spouting off about the medications he's taking. A lot of his followers are ignorant enough to follow suit. Talk about the economy if he wants to, but he pretends he's an expert on medical matters which he is NOT!

As usual, someone had to follow up Trump's busy mouth with an attempt to make him look thoughtful, pragmatic or honest in spite of all other evidence to the contrary. Because Trump and his sycophants never lie about Trump's physical health or data and Trump never days things that are later demonstrated to be false [sarcasm]...some people just want to believe whatever he says.

I am concerned of media. I am concerned of people saying “most nurse say this...”. But than others say I only listen to epidemiologist. But only the epidemiologist they give info they want to hear.

Yes I have many concerns. But this...not following.

Economy collapse. Following.

Mental health concerns. Following.

There will be repercussions. There will be problems with supply for people who rely upon the drugs, some people will likely take the medication who shouldn't and that means unnecessary SE or deaths. Clear, consistent and amplified messaging and education from the CDC, coordinated with regional public health and private health interests, could make a positive difference. IMV

I am very concerned about the ability of our united states to make a coordinated public health effort. My professional experiences in planning for pandemic outbreaks cause me to observe this response, from the isolation of a small cabin in rural Alaska, with more anxiety than I prefer.

I am having trouble imagining what our total death count from COVID 19 will be come 1 January 2021, given our current trajectory as a collection of states and people. Transparency may be an issue at both the state and federal government when compiling data for this American epidemic.

I am more holy crap concerned about the fact that you and others are concerned about it. Just like every other person the President has a right to make healthcare decisions with his MD and take whatever advise the MD makes. There are studies with differing results for this med so I don't see the big deal.

I also am more concerned about the future of our Country economically that this!

Trump lies. It is unknown whether he actually is taking the drug. It is known that a few Americans will take the dog because they believe Trump when he says that it's safe to take to prevent COVID infection.

I don't care and am not concerned about Trump's health. I am concerned about the health of gullible and simple thinkers among us who are potentially swayed by the irresponsible remarks of the POTUS during a national health emergency. The economy cannot boom if the people are dying. We just buried tens of thousands of workers and customers.
