Thanks Guys, it is so nice to be apart of this community!! I just got back home and didn't bring a lap top to Racine. ( They charge $9.75 a day for hook up so I am glad I did not bring it) What a relief Lunah was absolutly right. I will post more later. But here are some reasons for PCS failures BP's, some one did not ID pt on entry. Med error she missed a 1/4 pill in applesauce. I failed the first pcs on BP took it 3 times declared the third it was way off. The CA said the first two would have passed. OUCH Traci
