I like it too, but it's a little irritating to read that a person claims they have nursing experience when they're still in nursing school. If you're still in school, you don't have nursing experience. That number should be "0". Nursing school does not count as experience. I wish I couldn't see it, because it makes me want to call them out on it, but that would make me look like a jerk, so I just have to ignore it.
Either that, or I should just join them and add an extra 2 years to my listed experience.

I know. I feel the same way when you see someone with 1-2y exp., and they say they have exp. in "Oncology; ED; L&D: Management."
Hmmm...OK. I never knew 3 months counted as being "experienced."
