Just wanted to say I like the new format, with the member information at the bottom of the post instead of the top.

remember it used to be shown in the corner.....I like having it back.

I had no idea I had so many "likes." I feel like Sally Field at the Oscars for "Norma Rae." :)

Now tell us: How many posts qualify for those stars?

I like it too, but it's a little irritating to read that a person claims they have nursing experience when they're still in nursing school. If you're still in school, you don't have nursing experience. That number should be "0". Nursing school does not count as experience. I wish I couldn't see it, because it makes me want to call them out on it, but that would make me look like a jerk, so I just have to ignore it.

Either that, or I should just join them and add an extra 2 years to my listed experience.

I know. I feel the same way when you see someone with 1-2y exp., and they say they have exp. in "Oncology; ED; L&D: Management."

Hmmm...OK. I never knew 3 months counted as being "experienced."

Oh dear . . . .I didn't like it when I noticed it. :bag: Maybe because mine looks so disjointed.

Ah well, change is inevitable and I'm usually the one telling every to not make a big deal out of change. :D

I completed the LVN program in late '05 and the RN bridge program in early 2010. Time sure flies when you're busy doing other things!

I still find myself clicking on the stars to see people's info. It's become habit.
