anybody else? I'm starting to wonder if maybe under review is bad, meaning your application is dubious. I am just a worrywart, not trying to be a pessimist.Hopefully its a good sign.

Oh wow. I'm going to bookmark this page! I can't believe how great this scholarship is. When they say monthly stipend... is that like being paid to go to school?

This will definitely be helpful if I can get it for when I go for my RN.

Mine says "under review" which shocked me because my EFC is not $0. I only applied just in case there is a slim chance that I get chosen. Am I the only one here who has an EFC that is NOT zero?

I just checked mine and it says "under review" as well...let's all keep our fingers crossed that it's a good thing :D

I called HRSA today and I asked him if "under Review" was only for certain applicants or if it was standard for everyone; he said it was standard! Then I asked whether this was a good sign or not, and he said it was good, (but only because some other files status were incomplete). No big change, still in the dark.

i just got this e-mail, did anyone else get one? it is titled re: urgent - nursing scholarship program and in-state/out-of-state tuition/fees

good day,

you recently applied for a nursing scholar program award; however we did not capture any information on whether or not your tuition would be base on the in-state or out-of-state or in-district rate.

please note that this letter is not an award notice; it is a way of collecting additional information for the nursing scholarship program which will be used to process the awards if you are selected.

please reply to this email with the following information immediately:

applicant's name:

name of school:

whether your tuition and fees will be based on - (1) in-state (2) out-of-state (3) in-district (4) out-of-district

if you have any questions, please feel free to email me at ....

my school doesn't have instate out of state, its private, same outrageous fee for everyone.

while it isn't a award should i be hopeful as i thought they were only reviewing the complete files based on the lottery? when i called two days ago i was told letters go out aug 1st.
