Fl - Started at $16.50 LTC (Rehab hall) 2.5 years ago. Make $18.50 now w/shift diff $1 weekday & $2 weekend (after 3 pm)

Just started position in ltc, in IL..practically new nurse, $20/hr..

Almost 1 yr of experience. Haven't worked in about a year because I went back to school.

After interviewing recently, job offers for &21-$23/hr. 1 place starts at $27, but it's almost an hour away.
