Not sure what im doing wrong!!
I felt the same way my first job. I was so overwhelmed I quit after about 3 months. I was always 2-3 hrs past my shift. Imho, 50 residents is far too many for 1 nurse, a new grad at that...so I'm trying again, I was reassured that I wouldn't have as many residents, but we'll see. Good luck to you :)

Help! Interview Next Week!
Thank you! I've searched glass door, but no interviews for Lpn's. I'm nervous b/c I feel like have no chance at landing this job. I haven't worked as a nurse for 3 years, and I didn't even work that long. I'm not even sure how I got the interview. I'm just trying to refresh myself with something's and keep a positive attitude.

Jacksonville, FL Jobs
Hi, does anyone know of any facilities in the Jacksonville area that hires inexperienced Lpn's? Almost every opening I see says 1 year experience required. I have 6 months experience, but that was 3 years ago.

Returning to nursing after 3 years
Thank you...so you didn't do a refresher course? How long was your training? I wanna do a refresher course, but they're so expensive.

Returning to nursing after 3 years
Yeah, I think a refresher course is a good idea. But where I'm at its not required. I just had to complete 20hrs of CE and pay a fee to get my license reinstated.
