Nurse for 8 years in the Midatlantic region. 75000 salary, management/education/resource position . The hours are 830 to 430 Monday through Friday. Lots of holidays with 4 weeks off and 3 mental health days and 7 vacation days. Also, I build up a PTO bank. Never have a patient but always helping my nurses with anything and everything they need. The pay is not the best but I do love what I am doing. And we are all making a difference!

Update: 13 years  experience and now I’m the  $130,000+ range per year + bonuses and the usual extras.  Now in Philadelphia region.  Life is good
