THIS IS NOT A JOB OFFER. The facility at the above duty location may contact you for additional information. If you have any further questions regarding this position, please contact the Human Resources Department at the hiring facility. Thank you for looking to the Federal government for employment opportunities. This is your final notice regarding this vacancy announcement."--- Just fyi, I used USAJOBS website for application. I was really thrilled too when I check my notification saying like this: [h=5]Application Status[/h] [*=center]Referred You are among the best qualified candidates and have been referred for the next step in the selection process. Approved by CA BRN

So I'm just wondering WHY other my friends got their RN license thru endorsement and licensure without TAKING ANY CLASSES and just simply applied on CA BRN????? Why other people like me still need to go back to school????? I graduated 2009. And my two friends graduated 2012 and 2013???????????? Is CA BRN unfair or what?? It's just frustrating. My initial application was 2012 and of course denied. Then this 2017 I applied for endorsement still denied. I'm getting depressed and envy to other people getting their Cali RN license without going back to school or fixing their deficiencies. Any the same experience like me? please share I want to file an appeal but I don't know how PLEASE HELP!

    is CA BRN unfair?

They are my classmates we are batch 2009! They did not use fake TORs or cases it just happen they move here in US before 2010. And I move here in US 2011. So Idk why BRN has different eval to all applicants.

    is CA BRN unfair?

Of course not. I'm not that desperate to drop their names or what. What I'm saying is why they are like that?????? I don't understand how they eval our application and not fair to everyone????
