Houston Nurse Residency Summer 2021 Applicants

I wanted to start a new thread for those of us applying to Houston new grad nurse residency programs to ask questions and share information.

I am brand new to this site so I hope I'm doing this correctly... Good luck everyone!

For anyone who has done the Methodist pre screen, I put "Either" for zoom/facetime and my call is tomorrow but they haven't said anything on which it'll be. I'm assuming Facetime? Does anyone know

I don't know anyone who applied to ED so I have no idea... But I'm sure they'll be sending out emails all week so I wouldn't stress if you haven't heard back from them yet! You should hear something soon!

Aaahh this is my absolute first choice and I’m soooo nervous I really hope I hear from them soon?? my application still says “app received” so I’m taking that as still under consideration ?

For my memorial hermann application status online, one of them has been saying no longer under consideration since forever then the other two say application received - does a lot of people's say this?

Mine are the same way - I think that’s how the separated between the general application and our two choices. Does anyone’s applications for MH say “under review” instead of “application received?” just wondering if there are any updates

Mine hasn’t changed even after receiving an interview invite.

yeah mine shows the same thing. have you heard anything from MH about interviews or anything

Nope I just know they said we'd hear by the 19th

Also Harris Health hasn't emailed me back yet
