Anyone know how soon HM allows you to change units? Like could I move from my hiring unit to a new one while still in residency?

I think this also depends on your financial situation, if you have the ability to wait a few months for the next round of residency applications then I would wait for something you'd like more. I'm thinking I will be in this same position very soon
