I wanted to start a new thread for those of us applying to Houston new grad nurse residency programs to ask questions and share information.

I am brand new to this site so I hope I'm doing this correctly... Good luck everyone!

I go to school at UTMB and they said they were going to start to add Nurse Clinician I positions over the next few weeks, just keep an eye out.

I didn’t put my phone number.  I think it was pulled off my application.  I actually missed their call at 8:30pm because I work nights RN but I got a voicemail. I called back at 10pm but I guess it was too late.  I’ll call tomorrow

It was my second choice. I haven’t heard from them yet.

Same! I think they just use the same link all day so just get on before your time and you'll probably go into the waiting room

people that applied to TCH, did you get an email confirmation after you emailed them documents? I emailed them on the 10th but never got any sort of confirmation that they were received.

I didn’t get anything after emailing the documents but when the recruiter called me she said the phone call confirmed receipt of documents/application. Then she asked a couple questions I think someone else mentioned already

 I think they’re working backwards from most recent emails received because I sent my supplemental info on 3/12 and I think I saw that the other person they called on here also sent their stuff that day too! so don't stress too much yet!!

OMG thank you seriously. I need to tell myself they are working backwards lmao....I am seriously not okay hahha I handle stress pretty well and I have been a WRECK since last week. I will post if and when I get my call :-)
