I wonder the correlation between avoiding contacting live nurses in person and being shocked at the reality of what a nursing job entails.
I think it's a fabulous idea, next time someone asks to do an interview, if people only responded by telling the student to make it up.
OR...even better idea! We should all use our collective brain to come up with the most fantastical outrageous answers to the most commonly asked questions, and then when someone asks for an interview, one of us (we'll have to take turns) will respond with our prewritten answers. So essentially, it will be the exact same interview each time, but it will be ridiculous.
We should start having FUN with these GD requests!

I was totally going to do that on the last one I saw, but was afraid the morality police of this site would chastise me for 'encouraging academic dishonesty'.

They are supposed to have a face to face interview with an RN. THAT'S academic dishonesty.
They don't like when we point that out to them. THAT'S "mean".
I like klone's idea.
I think NOADLS should start, and we will all treat him totally seriously when he responds.:Emoticon-Devil:
DISCLAIMER: That being said. If a student comes here and asks for help and "gets" it when we encourage she/he try to find their own way and we will be here for support, she/he gets a pass.
Only the flouncy, entitled ones get the whole enchilada. Deal?
(Can't use quote feature on my phone)Good idea but would those 3 nurse types be frank and candid in front of the instructor? Well the COB probably would be but I wonder if she'd/he'd be written off as burned out?
Too late Farawyn, already went there lol!
It would depend on whether the invitation to speak went through management or was a personal invitation.
I was thinking of someone being a sugar baby having been put through school through seeking arrangement.

Looks like an opportunity has presented itself. Check out the student forum.

Would the interview include Candy Crush strategies? Because I could use a copy of that interview.
