What is your New Year resolution?
To continue to follow Joseph Campbell's' concept of following my bliss.
Edit: I just realized that Baby New Year could also practise listening to Old Year's heart and bowel sounds!

My plan, not resolution, is to keep on keeping on. And keep the rona at arms length until I can get the vax

No resolutions, but just in general, I have promised myself to treat myself better; getting plenty of rest, moderate exercise and eating well. I have, for 8 weeks now, been eating a plant based diet and lost 12 pounds in a month. Not even trying, just eating bett Exercise should speed that loss along nicely. My digestion is better w/o meat, and no more heartburn!
That is all; a promise to love myself (and my loved ones), better, and be easier on myself when I don't meet my own expectations.

I don’t make resolutions. I’ve disappointed myself too many times because they never last beyond the initial phase of enthusiasm, which only sets me up for failure. So I just reflect on the past year, work on forgiving myself for my mistakes, and prepare to do better in the year to come. That’s all. ?

I resolve to save more money for retirement. Also, try to figure out a way to cheat the government, plus be more secretive in general. Say what people want to hear in order to benefit myself.

Careful there, big brother is watching! I am sure what you meant to say is you are going to do research and/or find a very good tax person in order to keep all your money that you can possibly keep.
The last job I had I also starting telling people something like...." let me see what I can do". This way was much easier cuz I wasnt telling them "no", and I wasn't lying cuz I would see if I could do whatever they were asking (no promises made).
