I have been wearing Halloween scrubs off and on for the last couple weeks. Tomorrow I will wear my orange pumpkin shirt with jeans. I have also had candy corn and candy pumpkins for my visitors the last several weeks. I think my regular med kids may go into withdrawals when I don't replace them come monday!

The kids at work all ask me what I'm dressing up as, I just say I'm going as a nurse. They totally freaked over my mickey Halloween scrubs the other day. I may have to get some kitty ears or something along those lines to go with my scrubs.

My school has an institute day so I get the day off! I will be volunteering in my oldest daughter's classroom. She will be in junior high next year so this is the last year for class parties for her! I will do a zombie costume, but they don't allow blood or gore which is the best part of my costume

for me it's odd - i am one nurse for 2 schools. Technically i belong to the middle school and follow the rules of what the middle school does, but i am physically situated in the elem school. So middle school doesn't dress and neither will i, but i may wear a halloween type shirt - somethinng with bat or something
