Is there anything on the state public health website? Good Luck!

I feel like I can finally exhale a bit. FWIW I am about 36 hours out and have had no side effects other than a mildly sore arm. I got the Moderna. Our Health Department was able to add the nurses to the first responders because we all do front facing care and weekly covid testing in our schools.
Remote hugs from Texas. I got teary, too. Didn't phase the MA who gave it to me but the office manager who was tasked with enforcing the waiting period got a lil something in her eye, too.

I'm dismayed (but not surprised) that there's not more direct outreach from DESE on the subject. They're all-fired up and pushing for in person classes (understandably) but should be strongly advocating for staff vaccination as well...

I know! I'm just so confused right now. And the last MA public health call was said we know school nurses that are COVID facing have questions and we have answered them. No, you did not. My local public health department is not vaccinating. I was told to try a first responder site and didn't get anywhere.
I found this but not sure how helpful it is:

I was convinced we would not be included and our BOH nurse was able to add us in at the 11th hour. I was given a link to register and then had to show a copy of my RN license when I arrived. It looks like each BOH has to add in the nurses to their list of first responders.

This list covers everywhere but basically the Boston metro area unfortunately. I've tried to reach out to my local DPH with no luck thus far. But like I said, not giving up!
