Okay here we are!!!!!!
Leaving to get my TB test looked at and pick up my physical from doc. The only other paperwork I need to collect is the titers, and I don't expect them until early next week. I can't wait to have the paperwork turned in and know that part is behind me. The only thing left is uniforms for me.
One P.M., August first, Panera.:D:D

I'm headed to Dr right now too to get my PPD test done then all I have left is go in 3 days for them to check it and then I'm done, except for books and skills kit. I just want to have it all done as well.
I have a question regarding the fingerprinting for anyone who has already done it. Is there an additional charge at the UPS store in addition to the $53.25 we pay online? Just trying to get a budget going for all this. Thanks!
No there is no additional charge, if you go downtown to UPS they will do your photo too, for 1/2 price, came to $8 and some change.

I just called someone from north campus about fingerprinting. I was fingerprinted in January 2009, and also had a background check. I understand that I have to have another background check, but I have to be fingerprinted again. It's frustrating to have to pay for that again when my fingers haven't changed.
i bought my scrub pants this weekend.
finding scrubs that fit is pretty much impossible, i bought the ones that fit the best but they are still pretty big. they are an extra-small, but they look like a large. i got them from the outlet and their brand is sketchers. they were $19.99 a pair.
someone told me that garden ridge sells cheap scrubs? i'll have to check that out.
anyone have any luck getting their pants? the outlet sells shoes too. i forgot socks or else i would have tried them on. they looked pretty comfy though. they were nurse mates.

I bought mine at the outlet as well but I got the "Koi" brand. I really liked them and they fit well. I typically wear a size 8 in pants and I got a small.

when i went to get my chain of custody form, i talked to a girl who had asked and she was told it is at north campus, in the student life center, building e room 235 from 8:30am - 4:00pm. hope this helps!
i can't wait to see everyone at our meeting august 1st! it will be nice to have some insight from someone who has already started the program as well as to have some familiar faces at orientation.
fyi - just talked to sj and she confirmed it was going to be 8:30 - 4:00pm and that we would receive an agenda in the mail.
