Okay here we are!!!!!!
wait i'm confused... what date and time are we meeting?
Read post #83. I didn't forget about you and your boyfriend. I really hope you can squeeze in just a little while with us. Looks like we're going to have 2, maybe 3 people from Summer with us. If you can't, don't worry. I'll take notes and post what we find out.
Which appeal did u do? The appeal of loan limits or the 150% appeal? I went up to North Campus even though I live by South Campus & gave them a copy of the acceptance letter & she told me that the appeals are sent to downtown and they haven't even started processing them. Apparently the appeal of loan limits is new because the Gov't took over student loans. She said now that the Gov't took over student loans, they are going to be harder to get. I just hope my appeal is approved or I don't know what I'm going to do, because even if I get the worksource scholarship, I won't get it in time for books and classes, but I'm trying to remain positive & keep telling myself that it will work out.
It WILL work out! We made it this far!!!!

thanks! he's not the problem lol, i just don't have my work schedule for that day yet. but if i'm not working during that time i will be there!! i'm so excited
I got my drug test and titers done at the northside clinic yesterday. I was there for about an hour, it was long, but it could have been longer! cost $111.
they said the titers results will be back in a week. they said they don't call you to notify you when they come in, that you have to call them to check.
got a physical and tuberculosis thing, and the updated tetorifice shot at my doctor's office yesterday too. the doctor said he can't sign my physical form until i get my titers results to him.
someone asked about blood pressure cuffs...? i have no idea! i read on the summer accepted page that someone got their initials embroidered on the cuff and their name or initials engraved on their stethoscope. are you guys going to do anything like that?
i'm sort of freaking out about money.
you guys have husbands and children and jobs too i'm guessing. i am amazed and truly admire that you are going to tackle nursing school on top of all that.
i'm 20, and i'm moving back in with my parents for this year of nursing school to save money. i have to pay for my car payment and insurance, and i'm worried about how i'm going to balance continuing to work on top of nursing.
you guys all obviously have amazing multi-tasking and time management skills. please, teach me your ways.
