Hi! I'm a registered nurse in the Philippines. I really decided to join this website because I have so many questions in mind that is bothering me right at this moment. This is regarding my plans of working in Illinois. I will be taking the CGFNS exam this July. In God's grace to pass, I'm planning to take IELTS exam and apply for an NCLEX examination. I would just like to ask an advice from you if what exam should I take first? Is it the IELTS or apply first to NCLEX? And how many months does this application will be approved by the Illinois BON? Because I've heard from my friends that it will took us a couple of months for our application to be approved by the Illinois BON for us to take the NCLEX exam. Is it true? I'm an RN in CA applying for an IL license by endorsement. I'm running into a snag with my CES application with CGFNS with regards to my RN certificate from the Phil. CGFNS requires Phil Regulation Comm to send them the certificate directly. I emailed (no contact site for Phil BON ) PRC to ask where to send the form and how much it would cost with no response. Can you furnish this info please?

I'm an RN in the Philippines, i took my NCLEX in IL this year but failed it. I am taking it again in Hong Kong- my question is-do i still need to change the address that i have written in my application or just leave it as is? I applied online for IL BON (NCLEX)

I only know of primary school which is grades 1 to 6 and secondary school which is first year to fourth year highschool. primary --grades 1-4

secondary--1st year-4th year highschool

i had only 1 diploma for primary and intermediate (grades 1-6) so I just wrote elementary diploma but when I saw my CES, they wrote there the word "Katunayan", which is the original language of my diploma in tagalog. for secondary, I wrote secondary course diploma.

The fee is dependent on what the PRC wants to charge you to complete the form, I have no idea of what that is.

The form goes to the mailing address for CGFNS, same place that you sent your application to.

In the future, any questions that you want me to answer, please place in the Questions for Suzanne4 thread, I do not have time to go and check each and every thread............
