Hi suzanne, As i have been reading this forum from chis last feb. 15, 2007, i immediately quote this and ask you the same question regarding WAITING FOR PASSING TEST RESULT 'thing' under PASS CP or NCLEX coz we have the same situation. I already passed NCLEX and IELTS exams. Last Feb. 2007, I sent the REQUEST FOR LICENSE VERIFICATION form of CGFNS/ICHP VSC with $20 on it directly to IDFPR. I believe that they will be the one to submit it directly to CGFNS/ICHP. Now, my CGFNS VSC account does have already the license validation form from ILLinois with the license # on it as it is displayed in the screen, but how come there is still this WAITING FOR PASSING TEST RESULT status under PASS CP or NCLEX when it fact my license verification from IL is already with them? My second question would be ideally, how long it will take me to receive the visa screen certification? I am hoping for your positive response regarding these inquiries. Thank you very much!
  2. Good day Ms. Suzanne! Ma'am, just wanna ask.. I already passed the NCLEX last Jan 2. The state where I applied my license is in Illinois. I'm planning to work in New York. A friend of mine told me to apply reciprocity thru the net. As I surf now, I haven't seen any reciprocity column in here. Pls help..

  4. hi kath, ..haven't yet register to pearson vue. can i pay for it using a credit card instead of the usual bankdraft? coz the last time i bought for bankdrafts for CES and fingerprint card, it was quite expensive plus the mailing fee. oh...by the way kath, how's ur visa screening? when will you say bye-bye Phils? hehehe...

  8. good day to all! i just received an email coming from idfpr in-charge. for those of us who are still confused as to what english exam is required for il, this mail will answer all our questions. below is a mail from idfpr: subject: toefl exam date: thu, 8 jun 2006 08:46:56 -0500 from: "prfgroup09" to: the division acknowledges receipt of your question as to whether we accept any other english proficiency exam besides the toefl. the answer to that question is "no"; we do not accept the ielts examination. kittie d. west board liaison, health services section division of professional regulation il dept. of financial and professional regulation

Should i also include my transcript of records from the nursing school i attended? What about the diploma? Pictures? Kindly enumerate to me the things i should include in my green application before i will send the following probably this month.
