fired from KAISER

I was just termed from mega hospital KAISER I feel sick I was told we don't think you are a gd match for this particular clinic I have nothing ill to say Abt u and will mark you as a rehire if ur still interested I wasn't even given a chance to work and show my skills didn't even make it past shadow stage ....has anyone work for kaiser and been fired and rehiried what are my chances ...thanks

Yes, they made me start all over with everything. Except I had signed up to give a donation to the facility with every paycheck. That's the one thing they did, just automatically started taking it out of my paychecks without asking me. But I decided that I should be greatful I got the 2nd job and let it go.

I have heard of other people being fired and rehired at the same places. It is not unheard of. How it will go with Kaiser I have no idea.

Are you in a position that you could move someplace else to get a job. There are lots of places around the country hiring if you are moveable.

MY APOLOGIES, I THOUGHT THIS WAS A PALCE WHERE NURSES COULD COME TO VENT,GROW, AND GAIN INSIGHT THROUGH OTHER SENIOR NURSES . I WASN'T AWARE I WOULD BE ON TRIAL FOR MY composition skills WHITCH ARE BEING PRESENTED VIA CELLPHONE THAT CONTAINS MAJOR incapablities , however the caps key gets stuck on the phone I apologize for that , it is very ill to look at .

i think you're missing the major point here, mimivn.

when i read your post, i honestly couldn't decipher what you were trying to say...

as the paragraph was one, long run-on sentence.

i didn't know where a sentence began or stopped.

it's only to your benefit, that you punctuate, so that others can understand what you're trying to say.

i do hope you get the job you're seeking.

if you responded to critism at work the same way you have here on the forum, i can see why someone might say you were not fitting in.

As a former administrator, I can tell you that you may not have been fired for cause at all. Sometimes clinics and floors find themselves overstaffed for whatever reason, and someone has to go. The "good match" excuse is a catch-all, and the fact that they will hire you again indicates that you were probably not fired for cause. I know of a major healthcare system that routinely overhires so they can keep the strong and fire the people they consider weaker. Don't take it personally...
