Well, good thing is they say you are eligible for rehire. Don't take it so bad, it could have been worse. Best wishes on getting a better situation next time.

At least they will he hire you in a different dept if you want. Im wondering if you said something to **** someone off and may not realized it? I worked as a traveler for a few kaiser hospitals and their internal workings are interesting. Dysfunctional in my experience. I don't have many fond memories.
CREMSODA THANKS I AM THE TYPE OF PERSON THAT CAN BE PRECIEVED IN A WRONG WAY ....BUT I'M POSITIVE NOTHING LIKE THAT HAPPENED NO INCIDENCE NO COMPLAINTS NOTHING JUST BOOM WE DON'T WANT U HERE BUT WILL SEND U ELSEWHERE AFTER U START OVER I'M DEVASTATED :'( AND MAJORLY DEPRESSED I HAVEN'T EVEN TOLD MY MOM OR HUSBAND YET THEY WERE SO HAPPY I FINALLY GOT A DREAM JOB

I worked for Kaiser as a traveler. They are a unionized facility. Did you put in enough time to join the union?
You need to find out EXACTLY why you were let go.. instead of that generalized statement.
WHY were you considered not a good match?
How long have you been a nurse?, what area were you assigned to? Feel free to private message me.
I can almost garuntee you said "something" they did not like. It doesnt take much with that company. I guess just in the future if you are with Kaiser again, watch what you say at least untill your probation period is over, at least once the union kicks in, its much harder to get rid of you and they will know you better. Just go with the flow, do your job and keep your mouth shut, lol!
I worked the floor 8 days total the guy who was training me was on an ego trip I took in everything he told me and excuted it with precision I don't get it I noticed he would try to give me task to make me look dumb when I would overcome it I for a sense of anger I trained with two other ppl for one day half day they gave me positive feedback when I expressed that to the manager she said yeah that's how they are I was like now come on is that fair to me making me believe I'm going right when I'm not ....I paid one union due but didn't pass probation ...I just hope i can really get back in I'm stressed ...
Another thing I was scared to speak up against him I should of said something I've learned oh I've been a nurse for 2 yrs been there done that but never in this type of fast paced setting

Well, the plus from this is that in theory you could be rehired. One way to view this it is that you are light-years ahead of us who can't even get interviews to get hired in the first place.
Thanks chuckster I'm mainly concerned if they just "let me down easy" after countless app I realized the key to getting in is building a relationship with the local recruiter as in digging for their number

Maybe you were terminated for lacking to use punctuation?
I'm not being flip. My sister got a job in a record store as a teenager in the late 70's. One day the owner showed her a stack of applications a foot high. He told her he hired her because out of all those applicants she was the only one who didn't misspell anything. She knew very little about music..
Punctuation, grammar, spelling - it's all important all the time. Don't use it, or use it incorrectly and run the risk of being perceived as less than professional.
Just a thought.
