fired from KAISER

I was just termed from mega hospital KAISER I feel sick I was told we don't think you are a gd match for this particular clinic I have nothing ill to say Abt u and will mark you as a rehire if ur still interested I wasn't even given a chance to work and show my skills didn't even make it past shadow stage ....has anyone work for kaiser and been fired and rehiried what are my chances ...thanks

Are you going to re-apply? Kaiser has a different corporate culture than a lot of systems, and are not always known for being staff-friendly. Unfortunatly, some systems like to "play" with people's lives... I worked for a well-known health system as a Practice Administrator. We had many locations and a couple of my fellow administrators routinely hired at least two people for a position, then chose to keep the one they liked best. At least they did assist the help the person who was let go locate another position. I hired the "loser" on two occasions and they turned out to be excellent staff members. I hate this method because it's difficult to rebuild self confidence after being terminated for no given reason. Hang in there.....

Yes , I will keep applying. I'm just so bummed that I have to beat my way in again. I spoke with another regional recruiter he told me we would talk mon to give him a call. Yes that's exactly how I take it like my life is being played with . Thanks again katie82 ,I appreciate all your feedback :)
