Favorite Dr or Nurse Name

I've been having to hold my side while reading the "weirdest name you've heard a patient name her baby" thread.

It got me to thinking that I know lots of interesting dr and nurse names in my area.

We have the surgeon Dr. Butcher

OB/GYN Dr Box

Derm Dr Rash

and my favorite

Urologist Dr. Littlejohn

Do you have any good ones?

Dr. Manuel Porth is a great doctor, he taught me how to do a cast and even had me assist him. It's one of the best experiences I had in nursing school. Crazy how I learned so much from him in a half hour...I actually remember everything he taught me, seriously in the one semester I was in I learned more from him. Very great doctor plus he teaches so well!

I knew a nurse with last name Doctor and patients always confuse her for a Dr. :coollook:

These are South African names, so I'll have to translate... Ob/Gyn Dr Cornie Snoek (snoek is the local name for a barracuda-the fish). We currently have an Ob/Gyn called Dr Jentel. A husband and wife team I knew who worked together-she retained her maiden name to avoid confusion-Dr Bok and Dr Schaap (bok-goat, schaap-sheep).

We also have a dentist working here-Dr Bhorat (pity about the h).

How's about this one though? A Cape Town firm of undertakers called Human & Pitt (no jokes! It's all true folks!)
