Hi everyone,
I thought I would get a thread started for the Emory ABSN/MSN 2016 application cycle. I am going to the information session next Friday, July 24th for the program.
Has anyone else started to get ready for this application cycle?
Hello! I was admitted on Oct. 22nd for the ASBN + MSN (adult/gero) program. I submitted my application on Oct. 14th I believe? What track is everyone else in? And as you can tell, I'm from Seattle, which brings me to the question of whether there will be any other transplants? :)Stats: BS in Biology, 3.25 for undergrad and 3.9 for post-bac pre-req courses
GRE: 157R, 153Q, 4.5W
Good luck to everyone that is still waiting!
Oh my gosh! They admit this early?? I just sent mine through today. I have a BS in Public Health, 3.7 undergrad and ~3.5 pre-req, and I think I got a: 154 R, 137 Q, and 3 W. Aka I bombed the GRE
I also submitted my application for the women's health\midwifery track.
I have a lot of experience with volunteering in women's health so I'm hoping that will really help!
I have a 3.0 for undergrad GPA (enjoyed college a little too much) with a BBA degree. My pre-req GPA is a 3.7. I am in the middle of my MPH and that GPA is 3.65. I have extensive work in sexual assault advocacy and exams. Also work with a few other women's health organizations. Plus a few years of Medical Assistant experience. My GRE was 156 Verbal 150 Qualitative and 4.0 analytical.
When did you apply? I am still waiting to hear something!
I'm wait listed!Undergrad graduated with BS Nutritional Bchemistry GPA:2.94 GRE 154 verbal 155 quant 4.0 writing.
Experience volunteering internationally and as diabetes educator & hospital internship for past year with paraplegics and quadrapelegics.
I haven't even looked at the application yet because I'm just waiting until I take the GRE later this month. I was wondering, do they literally only ask for cum GPA and GRE scores? like you just type those in? That's seriously crazy to me!
p.s., thanks to all who shared their stats and goodluck to all!!
