Has anyone heard back from Drexel for the fall 2010 class? My husband attended the info session for me a few weeks ago (he works in Philly and I had to work late), and he loved the school. On their website it says you have to have 7 pre-reqs completed prior to applying, but then it says they will not review transcripts until after you are accepted. Does anyone have any info on this?
Oh wow, I'm in the process of waiting to hear back as well! I called last Friday and was told that it would take them about 2 weeks to process my transcript (which arrived in Drexel already) and another 4 weeks on top of that to make a decision. I'm hoping I'll be as lucky as tinydancer and hear back in a few days. This waiting period is torture!!
I'm still waiting too! I just found out that my application was complete today, it took awhile for them to receive and file my transcript. How long did most of you have to wait to get a verdict once your application was complete?
I had to go through a lot of red tape with unrelated transcripts, transcripts not being received, etc. But once Drexel had everything they needed, it only took a week. I called on Wednesday, was told I'd been accepted, and received my acceptance packet 2 days later. Good luck!
Hi everyone!
New to this, but found the facebook group yesterday and decided to join here as well. Saw someone posted something about housing- I'm moving from California so I looked into off campus options around Philadelphia. Found a few places but one that I think I'm sticking with is called One Franklin Town. It is a few blocks from 'campus.' They have a parking garage right across the street and seems really nice.
Can't wait to meet everyone in the Fall!

One Franklin Town does look nice! I found some reviews online but it's unfortunate that there haven't been many posted recently. http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/PA-Philadelphia-One-Franklin-Town.html

Thank you tiny.dancer! I'm coming from New York, I'm currently finishing up at Stony Brook University right now but am originally from Queens. How about you?
And I hope they do another accepted students workshop because I didn't get any e-mail about that and its a little too soon for me to make plans to go. I'd really like to attend and meet some fellow students!!
