Drexel ACE Fall 2010

Has anyone heard back from Drexel for the fall 2010 class? My husband attended the info session for me a few weeks ago (he works in Philly and I had to work late), and he loved the school. On their website it says you have to have 7 pre-reqs completed prior to applying, but then it says they will not review transcripts until after you are accepted. Does anyone have any info on this?

I know, but I am just freaking out that it took them less then a week to decide! Doesn't seem like good news.........

Wow, Tiny Dancer, I can understand how you feel. I just completed my app for Drexel Fall '10, so I'm waiting with my fingers crossed. I wasn't going to apply there originally but did it last minute when I called and was told they were still accepting apps for this fall.

Have you checked you're drexel account? The username and password were sent to me in an e-mail confirming completion of my application, this was where I first found out I had been accepted, long before the snail mail came. Good Luck!

I was told as a transfer student I don't get an account until I've enrolled?!

For some reason I keep getting disconnected when I contact admissions. Hmmph! Tinydancer, did they tell you when they sent out the decisions? The wait is killing me! Studying for my midterms have actually been helping me pass the time. lol

It's not the drexelone site. It's a site for people that have applied...discover.drexel.edu. I'm not sure if the process changes at some point. I was able to check the status of my application and the decision via this website. I can understand the wait sucks I think I checked the site 5 times a day I can only imagine having to wait for an actual letter!

I also called the office on friday and was told that my application was complete. But I did not receive an email confirming the completion of my application. should I call again to make sure?

WIFEY:- I was told a decision was sent through postal mail yesterday!

AK: I guess transfer students can't log on to DREXEL one until I agree to attend, if offered admission

WAKA: I never received any email correspondence, I simply stalked via phone

I never received an email confirmation either. I found out that I was accepted when I received an invite via email for the accepted students workshop.

hey everybody, I think this was already mentioned but I unfortunatly can't attend the accepted students orientation because of class. If there is anything mentioned that you find particularly important I would really appreciate it if you could post it. Thanks! and best of luck to everyone in pre-reqs and still waiting on a decision. Should be a fun/stressfull 11 months.

Tiny.Dancer-You could call the school and ask for your student ID number, which is given to anyone who applys, then you will be able to check online to see whether or not you were accepted into the program.
