Drexel ACE Fall 2010

Has anyone heard back from Drexel for the fall 2010 class? My husband attended the info session for me a few weeks ago (he works in Philly and I had to work late), and he loved the school. On their website it says you have to have 7 pre-reqs completed prior to applying, but then it says they will not review transcripts until after you are accepted. Does anyone have any info on this?

i have my ID number, where can I look up the status??

Tinydancer, I sent a request for my pw and they emailed it over to me in a couple days. If you didn't get your snail mail decision letter, I recommend doing that for now. My application is still incomplete b/c the delivery of one of my transcripts has been delayed! argh. I hope we BOTH hear some good news soon :)

I just called my admissions counselor and she just gave me the GOOD NEWS! Yay!

Congrats! I called today and they told me a decision was made but they couldn't divulge it over the phone and to wait for the mail (which could take 2 weeks!). I'm curious as to who you called in order to have them tell you their decision?

oops! I hope I didn't get anyone in trouble... I just called my counselor, ask one of the admissions reps who your's is, and got connected to her. She simply said, "GOOD NEWS COMING YOUR WAY- HINT HINT" and gave me my pin (which I already forgot!) to check it out myself...........

So...I called again and was able to get my pin password sent to me, and once i logged in it said i was ACCEPTED! I'm so excited! Can't wait to meet everyone in the program and get my letter for more info.!

i found out i was accepted last week and never rec'd any info about the accepted students workshop. Is there a number I can call for info on the email?

this is the email i got about the workshop:

you're invited to drexel's ace accepted students workshop and reception. we encourage you to attend whether you still have questions about the program or you just want to meet some of your future classmates.

join us for a faculty-led overview of the ace program, a session on what you can expect as a nursing student, and information on financing your education. the day will conclude with a reception where you'll mingle with faculty, staff, and other accepted students.
