I talk to myself, both on and off the job. I've overheard many of my colleagues doing the same.
Do you talk to yourself? If so, what are the topics of conversation?
I often find myself arguing with myself about myself. I have even managed to win a few arguments!
Seriously, though, it's a great way for me to process a decision thoroughly by objecting to my own reasoning and then forcing myself to come up with better logic supporting either the original idea or an alternative.

"Come ON Glycerine".
"OH you stupid B^&&, why did you do that"
"Come on now, stop being difficult" (Talking to any inanimate object that isn't cooperating"
I also have full conversations with other people without them having to talk.
Me" Did you get the.....oh, yeah I see you did. Thanks!"
Them: Blank stare.
Out loud? Heck NO. I work in psych. But inside my head all the ever loving time.
I always thought I talked out loud to myself BECAUSE I worked in psych so long.
Anyway, I've been told 'it's one of those cute, funny things about you' (that I talk to myself, out loud). I think 'cute' and 'funny' are not the original words that come to mind .

All the time and since I was a kid!
Seventh grade, Sister Mary Masochistic called my Dad into school for a parent-teacher conference (tough at the time in the '60s as my Dad would lose pay for his blue-collar work absence).
He said Sr MM asked him 'if he knew I (me, amo) talked to myself'? He said he told her 'did amo answer herself'? He was NOT upset!
End of conference.
