I talk to myself a lot. It is usually just me thinking out loud. I feel like I focus better hearing it rather than just thinking it.

Constantly. Sometimes in my head, sometimes out loud. Some say i'm crazy, some say i ain't.

Out loud? Heck NO. I work in psych. But inside my head all the ever loving time. :D

Yes, out loud. I will make a joking comment if someone overhears me but I don't stop:) definitely keeps me organized.

I've been pleasantly surprised during clinicals to have encountered a few nurses that talk to themselves :) Makes me feel like I'm not alone!
