Do you disclose AN to coworkers

I've never had the need to.

I'm FB friends with some co-workers, but I use my privacy settings very well.

I have to say, I really don't have RL nurse co-workers now, but I would never disclose to the teachers.

A couple of you here know my real name, the name of my First Born and my cup size. So, if you guys are truly my co-workers, I guess my answer changes a bit.

I don't have any nurse co-workers here at school. And really, I don' think the aides or teachers would be interested. There are alot of moms/friends/nurses that I could share it with if I was so inclined, but I'm not. My dirty little secret :yes:

I have told a couple about AN, but I really don't hide anywhere. I have always been blunt, and if they ask me the stuff that is asked here, I have no problem responding like I do here. I understand most people are not comfortable with that, and can see where the not disclosing an identity helps, but I have actually never really cared what others thought of me, except my wife and kids. I would like to point out, though, I do NOT look like my avatar. Just saying :roflmao:

I do share some of he funny stuff with my family. They certainly "get" school stuff and that I am the only nurse. But, really it is even hard for them to get what we have here. The red undies pic...there was no way to explain that into the hilarity that it caused on here!! But, they do see what I get from being on here. I get good eye rolls from my daughter!

But she's not purple. My wife has no interest and she is a nurse and subs here at times.

OH, and my Mom? She stalks us. She knows ALL of you.

She gets annoyed at Davey Do. A lot.

She saw OldDude's butt.

She's a retired ED and SN.

And she wears pink on Wednesdays. Because she's fetch like that.

Nope. I did let it slip once that I saw something on Allnurses, who knows, maybe they are all on here and we are hiding from each other.

And I definitely wont tell the teachers or admin about this place. :no:

Nah. I actually know one nurse IRL who post on AN because she was perusing the site at work one day many years ago. I remembered her user name, not sure if she remembers me and if she remembers my user name.

I've never seen her post on the SN forum though.

I am the only medical person in my school. No reason to share this site with the people in my school. None whatsoever.

LOL. Oh, and it is against company policy to hand out likes not earned missy (at least in MY warped mind). It actually made me laugh, and made a difficult night that much better. Oh, and this would have been a reply, but apparently, I need 15 topics to reply.
