We ask that you post in proper English spelling as if you are looking at working outside the Philippines you will be expected to pass a English exam and also not everyone understands text talk.

There is a difference between Board Certificate and Certificate of Registration.

The Board Certificate or Board Passing Certificate just state that you passed the Nursing Licensure Examination. This certificate is printed out in a plain bond paper.

As for Certificate of Registration, this is a document which officially state that you are a registered professional nurse. This is released 3 to 4 months after your registration. This is printed out in a specialty paper. It looks like a diploma.

I hope this helps. :p

hi robocop, i was just confused, all this time i thought that the board certificate is the one that looks like the diploma, because that's been the explanation given to me by the person i know inside PRC(a family friend) who helps me to have whatever paper i request from them in only few hours of waiting. I said that i needed this and that, and then when he handed me those papers already, he just arranged it in order based on the list i gave him to me, and before we parted ways, he reviewed to me the papers that i got from him one by one. as far as i remember, board certificate is the one that looks like diploma. board passing certificate is the one writen in a bond paper saing that you passed your exams on this date with a rating of this, and so on.

is the board rating certificate the one that has subjects with your grades in it?

is the board rating certificate the one that has subjects with your grades in it?

yup, the one with the breakdown of grades for each subject and the average/grade you've got. the original one which is the blue one is delivered via snail mail. those you request from prc that are already printed in a white paper, i thinks it's an A4 paper, are authenticated/duplicate copies already.

I think...

Certificate of registration - The paper issued by PRC certifying your passage in the NLE. printed in a special paper, the one that looks like a fancy diploma, the one with cursive font written on it. This is the one you paid for together with the Plastic license for 1,050 pesos.

Board RATING certificate - Printed in a bond paper, your scores in each tests (Tests 1-5) are indicated. Issued if requested by the professional. 75Pesos.

Certificate of PASSING - Printed in bond paper, indicated that you passed the exams. Issued if requested by the professional, 75 pesos.

thanks for the info yoo jin..

:specs:hi! I just want to ask further regarding the certificate of registration, is it requested again at Prc?

If it's already paid together with the license, how can i claim it and when?

;)I really need your replies, since almost all of the institutions I'm planning to apply require this "Board Certificate", I want to comply with it so that I may be able to complete my application requirements..:D

THANKS in advance! :loveya:
