Hello... i have a question to November 2008 NLE passers...

Were you able to get your certificate of registration from PRC already? Thanks...

hello!

after registration,Around how many months will the prc take before relaeasing the certificate of registration? ( the one that loos like a diploma) ...

yup, the one with the breakdown of grades for each subject and the average/grade you've got. the original one which is the blue one is delivered via snail mail. those you request from prc that are already printed in a white paper, i thinks it's an A4 paper, are authenticated/duplicate copies already.

i see... so you can also show the "blue one" for authentication... and the one in "white paper" are sometimes asked....

ummm...It seems that I was not able to receive anything that looks like a diploma from PRC...all I had was the Board Rating and the Certificate of Passing...I wonder where my Certificate of Registration went...must be in another mailbox aside from ours...good job:yeah::yeah::yeah:...anyways, is the Certificate of Registration the same with Philippine Board of Nursing Certificate???The reason why I am asking this is because an immigration lawyer is asking me to provide a copy of my "Phil. BON certificate..." now, to make sure that I will be sending the correct document, what I did was I had my Certificate of Passing and Board Rating scanned and had her look at it...I have not received any answers from them as of now, so I am trying to look for someone who has any idea regarding this so called "Philippine Board of Nursing Certificate..."

FYI the board certificate (the one that looks like a diploma, where you have your picture, which you submitted when you registered and a gold seal) will not be mailed to you. You have to claim it at PRC. If you passed the board exam way way way before, it should be available by now. There is a slight delay in the release of board certificate for those who recently passed (June 2009 passers). I think your lawyer is referring to the board certificate.

Board certificate and certificate of registration is the same. You have to claim the certificate of registration from PRC personally. It is release about 6 months or so after the registration date. It is printed on paper with your picture on it and gold prc seal (like a diploma). I think its the same as the BON cert as this cert bear the signatures of BON members and the chairman. This document and license are the most important things, the certificate stating your scores which we pay 75 pesos is not that important(also called certificate of passing).

I think...

Certificate of registration - The paper issued by PRC certifying your passage in the NLE. printed in a special paper, the one that looks like a fancy diploma, the one with cursive font written on it. This is the one you paid for together with the Plastic license for 1,050 pesos.

Board RATING certificate - Printed in a bond paper, your scores in each tests (Tests 1-5) are indicated. Issued if requested by the professional. 75Pesos.

Certificate of PASSING - Printed in bond paper, indicated that you passed the exams. Issued if requested by the professional, 75 pesos.

Whoahh!!! I didn't know that the certificate of registration is with our paid license... can I still claim it even if I lost my receipt? I already claimed my license about 7 months ago. :crying2:

Of course you can, just show your license at the registration division.

thank you everyone for the information...now, this may be out of topic but can anyone tell me what are the usual docs that need to be authenticated by prc???

i'm a june 2009 passer, and registration date of Augusts 08, 2009. Does my Certificate of Registration is available at this time. Thank's

i went to PRC last Friday, December 4, and only those with license number that starts with 0522 to 0524 may get their certificate of registration
