a nurse with 20 years of experience, 4 years in academia, and a California RN license, I've struggled to secure a job in California for months. The opaque recruitment process, reliance on automated systems, and inaccessible networking make it difficult to connect with decision-makers.

No complain line no number can actually reach a key person to speak, any idea how to sort this out?
