Hospitals in Metro Manila Currently Hiring Nurse Applicants
I heard that Sta. Ana Hospital in Sta. Ana, Manila is continuously hiring nurses since they'll be opening 3 more floors. Application is accepted at Manila City Hall Personnel Office. Just bring the usual requirements like resume, prc license, board rating, tor, diploma, certificates of trainings and seminars, passport size picture and other application requirements. If you have trainings in Dialysis, 2D Echo, Operating Room, Nursery/NICU, Delivery Room, you'll have higher chances to be hired. Also those with months of volunteer or hospital trainings will be likely absorbed. Once you passed the requirements, you should be patient to follow-up your applications. Maybe once or twice a week would be beneficial. Hope this will help others in their job seeking. :)

ospital ng sampaloc
If you really want to work in Sta. Ana Hospital, I suggest that you should go there personally to ask. By doing this, you'll get first hand information. :)

Did the city personnel already called you? :)

OSPITAL NG MAYNILA
Ospital ng Maynila will soon undergo a total ground zero renovation. That means the whole hospital will close for months. So I suggest that you follow-up your application as frequently as you can for you to be included in their last set/s of their volunteer nurses.

ospital ng sampaloc
I got to talk with one of my co-trainees who was hired in Sta. Ana Hospital. She told me that the hospital is accepting applications AGAIN for the position of Staff Nurse! Since my friend is assigned in an area which is still non-operational, she was tasked to log the applicants' data in a computer. She said that those application papers were submitted by NEW applicants. Some didn't have experience yetas what she had seen. Some were submitted by their backer. Hay! Would that mean we'll be losing our chance to be hired?

I also asked the personnel if why did i not receive any calls from them considering my rank. They just told me that they randomly picked those people who they called. I can't really comprehend the reason they gave me. But they told me to wait for my call since they need a total of 60 to 70 people for Nurse 1 position.

ospital ng sampaloc
Hi guys. I am also one of the sta. ana trainees waiting in vain for manila city hall's call. I also underwent several examinations. I also had 2 months training in Ospital ng Sampaloc. Our journey seems so hard that we really crave to be hired. I followed up in the city personnel office re: my application. I asked them direct to the point questions like what is my rank, etc... They explained to me that there are 4 lists (for nurses only) that Ospital ng Sampaloc sent to them. The 4 lists are based on the position of nurses: 1.) Nurse IV and above, 2.) Nurse III, 3.) Nurse II, and 4.) Nurse I. I am included in the ranking of Nurse 1. I ranked 8th among the applicants for Nurse I. So with that we shouldn't expect anything higher than Nurse I since we are in Nurse I's List. I got a glimpse of the N1's list or should I say ranking when the personnel tried to explain to me my ranking. The highest among N1 got 74%. I also asked them when will they resume the hiring. They told me that they'll continue calling successful applicants once the election ban is lifted. I hope this is of great help to those who waits for their much anticipated call.

National kidney transplant institute
They are strict when it comes to the BLS requirement. They require you to have a Philippine National Red Cross Basic Life Support Training and also NKTI's own BLS Training. They won't accept your applications if you did not meet any requirements. Hope this helps. :)

National kidney transplant institute
You should have a complete set of requirements before they'll accept your applications for their training. The recommendation letter from the dean is simply your good moral character certificate. You can avail that in the nursing office of your school. :)

Hospitals Open for Hiring
I'll just correct what hamish said. The validity of the Basic Life Support Training in Red Cross is only for 1 year regardless of taking the First Aid Training. The 2 trainings are of separate validities. BLS is valid for 1 year. As for First Aid, it expires after 2 years. :)
