Cedars-Sinai RN New Grad 2011

Published

Just wanted to know if anyone here got an e-mail invitation on Cedars-Sinai RN New Grad Program. I had my phone interview with them on December 29th. I received my e-mail today inviting me to the hiring event Open House for the Program on January 19th. I'm soooo nervous. It's been almost a year since I graduated and I finally got my first in-person interview! It's been so hard on all of us graduates! Let's hope for the best! :D

I can't make a profile because after I submit all of my info, on the next page next to the "please read" its totally blank. I can't select anything. I've tried diffeent browsers.. what kind of browser are you using to make the profile?

I had no problem using Safari on my Mac

lol i dont have a mac..hmm

Does anyone know what type of units the new grad program has available?

I believe everyone starts on a med/surge type of unit for the first 3-6 months and then you can choose a specialty after that if you wish.

Hey everyone!

Wow, I applied yesterday and received my phone interview today! So crazy...

Phone interview was pretty basic - 20 minutes long. Good luck to you all, and hopefully I will be meeting some of you at the open house!

I accepted a position today at UCLA!! Good luck everyone!!

Congratulations---wonderful news :yeah:

Congrats Allie58D, UCLA is a great place to start a nursing career!!!

Everybody is so quiet, anything new from Cedars???

Happy mother's day to all moms on this thread.

I submitted my resume and received an email back with questions about RN license, GPA, etc. No email invitation to the open house or phone interview yet. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Congratulations Allie58D! :)

I emailed the recruiter my GPA and Resume 3 days ago, but I haven't heard anything back.........

@NorCalRN2011: They told me they had about 1500 applicants so it'll probably take them awhile to get back to everyone.
