Why are you spending forever? It's been awhile for me, but the answers to both questions were in my basic nursing texts.

What nutrient might a person need, if on a K+ wasting diuretic? Or if diagnosed with a specific nutrient deficiency? Now, which foods are the best sources of these nutrients?

Something high in potassium, so like number 4? (I know bananas have a lot of potassium)
Number two I don't know. Just help meh

Seriously, you could have googled this by now, you are not going to get spoon-fed the answer. You seem to not want to expend any mental energy on this.

This was covered in my nutrition prerequisite...
I'm a huge fan of people helping to help themselves :/, so I'm sure you can google 'what helps people absorb nonheme iron'.

Number two might be easier to figure out if you know what foods decrease your non heme iron absorption. That's how I figured it out.
