Whatever looks best at the gas station that night lol

I try to always pack my lunch so that I can grab and go. PB/J or just PB is a great little pick me up. Granola and/or granola bars. Yogurt with granola. Trail mix. Really just anything that is going to provide some protein while getting some other nutrients in is good. I used to bring apples, carrots and other veggies, but i found that not much long term benefit with fruits/veggies. One of our medics always has a jar of peanut butter and protein powder drinks. Whatever works.

Greek yogurt (Fage brand with honey) and string cheese.

Yogurt, peanut butter filled pretzel bites, gummy worms, pudding packs, pop-tarts, Entenmann's mini muffins...wait, you didn't say healthy snacks, did you?

Yeah, trying to stay healthy. I bring in stuff like toasted seaweed, kombucha, homemade trail mix, protein shakes, fruit smoothies, hummus. Some co-workers will brace my fare and most scrunch their faces and politely decline.

I do have a weakness for Virgil's rootbeer and yogurt covered pretzels :D

I will have to do the peanut butter, it's a great idea.

Naan, string cheese, gatorade g2 and coffee.

Granola-type bars, nuts, apples with peanut butter or caramel, cheese and pepperoni, hummus with pita chips, potato chips, doritos, m&ms... I try to bring a variety of shelf-stable stuff and stash it at the desk so when I get hungry I can grab whatever satisfies my craving -- which is also a big thing. Sometimes a little bit of "unhealthy" food goes further towards making me feel satisfied than a glut of "healthy" food. E.g. a handful of potato chips will hold me for hours while an entire bag of carrots with light ranch dip just makes me angry and hungrier.

ICE CREAM CAKE

Grapes. Sometimes I'll splurge and bring in one of those pre-made fruit trays from the market and share with everyone.
