Half.com took down their iphone app. Where else do you sell your books? Amazon gave me a price of $3.88 (not even worth the shipping cost!)

In my experience, selling your textbooks to the oncoming batch of nursing students is your best bet. You do not have to deal with shipping, and students may be willing to pay a little more for the convenience of getting their books right away. Online used book markets tend to be pretty competitive in lowering prices. Just sell your book for a little less than what your on-campus bookstore sells them for and you will get a buyer pretty quickly, especially if the semester has already started and someone is scrambling.

Check with your school if they have a book board or hang out around orientation day offering your books.

Bigwords.com has always been my favorite site - you can compare the costs of buying or selling used texts with many different online retailers with shipping costs included. It has come in handy more times than I can count!

Check for a FB page for selling books from your school. Ours has one.
Thank you everyone! I bought books from a graduate this spring and have since transferred to a different program. Lesson learned!
